This app lets our support team securely connect to you, view your screen and with your permission, control your computer to resolve common issues just like a technician sitting next to you. If you have used Anydesk before, its the same concept.
Nothing is accessed without your knowledge, and you can end the session at any time.

MacOS Specific Security Note
MacOS blocks remote-control apps from viewing or controlling your screen by default, as a privacy protection layer.
After installing, you'll need to grant a few permissions:
- Open System Settings Privacy & Security
- Find Screen Recording in the list, enable it for Micro Fusion Remote Desktop, and restart the app when prompted
- Find Accessibility in the same section and enable it as well (this allows mouse/keyboard control during support sessions)
- If file transfer is needed during your session, also enable Full Disk Access
If Micro Fusion Remote Desktop doesn't appear in these lists, click the + button and add it manually from your Applications folder. A restart of the app (or Mac) may be needed for changes to take effect. Your technician can walk you through this live if needed.
